In addition to the protocols, we have placed H13 medical grade true HEPA filter systems throughout the facility and an 80″ industrial ceiling fan with UV light sanitation.

A health screening will be conducted for everyone upon arrival at the studio.
All clients and trainers are expected to wash their hands both before and after each session.
Equipment is sanitized hourly by staff, and clients and trainers are also responsible for wiping down all equipment and mats after use.
After use, please hang mats to air dry in the designated area.
Hand and equipment sanitizing stations are available throughout the space—please use them as needed.
We are disinfecting all equipment on an regualr basis and require trainers and clients to wipe down any equipment or mats used as well.
Kindly dispose of used cups, tissues, or other personal waste in the trash bins provided.
Eating is not permitted inside the studio. Please enjoy meals outside, and remember to take all personal belongings with you at the end of your session.
