Pilates is a low-impact workout that uses bodyweight resistance to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance body awareness.

Pilates improves core strength, posture, and flexibility while enhancing body awareness and reducing the risk of injury. It’s a low-impact, full-body workout that helps you feel stronger, more balanced, and energised.

Advanced classes are designed for experienced practitioners with strong core control, body awareness, and stability. These sessions move at a faster pace and integrate complex, full-body movements that challenge strength, flexibility, coordination, and endurance.

Exercises may include:

  • Teaser series

  • Control Balance

  • Jackknife

  • Snake and Twist on the Reformer

  • High bridge

  • Advanced transitions and inversions

Pilates

Unlike open level classes of other studios, all of our classes are customized for specific skill levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.

These levels allow a natural progression, ensuring that a student is ready to advance to the next class level. After a level assessment, our instructors can determine whether a student is ready to move up to the next level.

Pilates Classes

01.
Beginner Class

Beginner classes cater to the absolute beginner. This level is ideal for new students to build their knowledge of the basic principles of Pilates, while also giving them the opportunity to build up their coordination and strength.

✳︎ This level is appropriate for women who are pregnant.

02.
Intermediate Class

Our Intermediate level classes are designed to further challenge the coordination and strength of students through variations of the classic Pilates movements. These energetic, fast paced classes include some modifications for more advanced exercises, but students are encouraged to challenge themselves.

✳︎ This level is not appropriate for women who are pregnant.

03.
Advanced Class

Advanced class levels are high intensity Pilates classes. This level is only recommended for students who have already been taking the intermediate classes and have been assessed, approved, and promoted to this level by our instructors. Due to the intensity of the movement and quick transitions between movements a certain level of coordination and strength is required from each student to ensure safety.

✳︎ This level is not appropriate for women who are pregnant.
