Find Your Core
Move with Purpose

Without a clear goal, staying motivated to work out can be challenging. If your goal isn’t specific, it becomes even harder to stay on track and know how to achieve it.

Partnering with a professional trainer gives you both the how-to and the confidence to succeed. Whether you’re an ambitious beginner or a seasoned gym-goer, everyone faces challenges in shaping their bodies. The key to success lies in setting both short-term and long-term fitness goals before you begin. This will make the difference between reaching your targets and quitting after the initial effort.

The
Studio

Our studio is a calm, thoughtfully maintained space designed to support your wellness journey. We take pride in keeping the environment exceptionally clean, serene, and welcoming—so you can focus fully on your movement and recovery.

Enjoy personalised sessions with our premium reformer Pilates machine and Wunda Chair, or unwind in our tranquil dry sauna. Please note that the studio is accessible via stairs.

Studio Experience

We believe that Pilates is not just a workout—it’s a transformative path to a fuller, more satisfying physical existence. Through Pilates, you gain greater control over your body, enhancing your strength, flexibility, and posture. This physical empowerment extends beyond the studio, helping you feel more confident and capable in everyday life. When you’re in tune with your body and its movements, you’re better equipped to take control of your life—creating balance, focus, and resilience in all areas.

Personal Training

I tailor every training session to your individual goals—whether you’re recovering from an injury, building strength, or refining your movement. With focused, one-on-one guidance, I help you progress with confidence. I’m also currently in the middle of completing my personal fitness training certification through NASM to further support your journey.

The Instructor

I’ve completed both the Polestar Reformer and Studio comprehensive courses, gaining over 450 hours of in-depth training in Pilates, movement science, and program design. While I wasn’t able to sit the final Studio exam due to COVID-related delays, my training allows me to deliver safe, effective, and highly personalized sessions.
