I take your fitness goals seriously. I understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging (being there myself), and my goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. I will create your individualized Pilates fitness plan.
I studied Reformer Pilates and am currently studying Studio/Rehab Pilates with Polestar, an international authority, in Pilates teacher training. The Pilates is whole body fitness wellness, healing through movement, and the mind-body connection. Pilates is best-known for its holistic and science-based approach to functional movement that leads to complete mastery of body and mind. As a Pilates instructor I can help assess and resolve faulty movement patterns in all body types and levels of ability; from the injured to the dancer, from the elderly to the high-performance athlete.

I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle. Pilates makes it simple, fun and creative.
